Warranty Policy

All ERMC instruments are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty applies for the duration specified by product type and is valid only when products are used in accordance with their intended purpose and instructions for use.

The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective instruments at ERMC’s discretion. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper sterilization, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or accidents. Sterile products that have been opened or tampered with are excluded from warranty claims for safety reasons.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to support@electrorange.com, accompanied by proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the defect. ERMC reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving any claim.

This warranty is limited to the product supplied and does not extend to consequential or indirect losses arising from product use.
