Shipping & Delivery Policy

ERMC ships worldwide using trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, standard production lead time is three to four weeks from order confirmation. Delivery terms are arranged in accordance with Incoterms (EXW, DAP, CIF, or FOB), and responsibility for duties, customs clearance, and local taxes lies with the buyer unless otherwise specified in writing.

We make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates. However, ERMC cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, transport disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

All shipments are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. The buyer is required to inspect goods upon receipt and notify ERMC immediately in case of visible damage or discrepancies. Risk and title to goods transfer to the buyer upon delivery as per the agreed Incoterms.
