Repair & Return Goods Policy

ERMC maintains the highest quality standards in the design and manufacture of its instruments and accessories. In the rare event that a product does not conform to specifications, our repair and return policy provides clarity and assurance. Customers must notify ERMC in writing within fourteen days of receipt of goods regarding any claims or defects. Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the returned product to verify the claim. Valid claims will be resolved promptly either through repair, replacement, or credit. Products damaged due to improper use, incorrect storage, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible under this policy. Custom-made items and sterile products, once opened, are also excluded from return to maintain safety standards.
