All quotations, sales, and deliveries by Electro Range MFG Co. (ERMC) are governed by these general terms and conditions. Orders must be confirmed in writing, and quotations remain valid for a limited period as specified in each case. Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are based on current material and production costs. Deliveries are made within standard lead times of three to four weeks unless otherwise agreed. ERMC makes every effort to meet delivery schedules; however, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. In the unlikely event of a defect, ERMC’s liability is limited strictly to repair, replacement, or credit for the goods supplied. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or indirect losses arising from misuse, mishandling, or modifications made by unauthorized parties.

Contracts with ERMC are subject to the governing law of Pakistan, unless another jurisdiction is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
