Are ERMC products certified?
Yes. ERMC operates under ISO 13485:2016, MDR 2017/745, and CE certification. Our instruments are also subject to rigorous SGS audits to ensure compliance with the highest international standards.
Do you manufacture everything in-house?
Yes. ERMC is a vertically integrated facility where instruments are manufactured entirely from stainless steel raw material to finished, sterile-packed devices. This guarantees quality, precision, and consistency at every stage.
What are your delivery times?
Standard lead times are three to four weeks for most orders. Thanks to our large production capacity, we can accommodate bulk orders without compromising on quality.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples can be arranged upon request, and we will guide customers on the most efficient way to collect or receive them
Can you provide OEM or private labeling?
Yes. ERMC offers OEM and private-label solutions, including customized packaging and branding, allowing distributors to build their own product lines on the strength of our manufacturing expertise.
What sterilization methods do you use?
Our single-use sterile instruments are processed in-house using ethylene oxide sterilization, fully compliant with ISO 11135 standards.
Do you ship internationally?
